KEY VERSE:
“In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” John 1:4
This lesson is a song! God loves for us to sing. He is the Creator of music and sound. This song is based on the first chapter of John in the Bible. That chapter introduces us to Jesus Christ whose Hebrew name is Yahshua (also spelled Yeshua). There are many important things we learn about Jesus in this chapter:
Yahshua is GOD, CREATOR, LIFE, LIGHT, SAVIOR (through Him we are born again) and IMMANUEL (“God with us”)!
So here is the song which is an easy way to memorize these important truths:

Hallelu, Hallelu! Hallelu, HalleluYAH!
* NOTE: Yahshua is God’s “only begotten Son”. This is a very important point and so although you have to sing those words quickly to fit them into the melody, it is important to know each one of those words. (Some translations of the Bible have omitted “begotten” but there is a word there in the original Greek for it. If it was in the original, God wanted us to know it!)
Yahshua is God’s “only begotten Son”. It is important to know that Jesus is unique! When we become God’s child in Jesus’ name, we, also, are born of God. We become sons of God, but we are not “only begotten”. The words “only begotten” tell us that somehow Jesus was special, one of a kind! He is of the very same nature as God. Jesus is unique in how He is “only begotten”. He is God. See how important those words “only begotten” are? (See also Lesson 5)
